Let me start by saying that I am not a professional beauty blogger or skin care expert, and I don't have perfect skin. But I am a busy mom of three with tired eyes, lots of laugh lines and limited time who loves trying new products and finding ones that work for me. I know I am always curious about what products others are using and love, so I thought I share my collection of current favorites.
This is a glimpse at the products I use just about every morning. A little less on snow days or a bit more on nights out, but these are my go-to basics. I'm not a big makeup person, but for me, there is something about leaving the house with a fresh face that feels good. If baby is teething, big brothers woke up sick or I got up extra early to squeeze in a run, my concealer under my eyes is key.
I've been using most of these products for a while now, though I added in the Rodan + Fields Triple Defense moisturizer a few months ago when I stopped nursing and was feeling like I needed results and a pick me up for my tired face. I have had great luck with all of these; it's a very quick routine (all I have time for these days). You'll notice I don't shop all in one place and you'll notice varying price points; I fully admit I splurge on a few key items. One thing I feel good about though is that many of my favorite products I purchase through friends, supporting other moms in business.
